/About me/

Bio.

Javier Casas, aka "Moscko", I studied graphic design at the Jorge Tadeo Lozano’s University, in Bogotá, Colombia (2007). I currently live and work in Bogotá, Colombia.

Since I have memory I drew, and I never lost this habit. During my academic formation as a designer I have always had a particular interest in illustration as a language.

Since 2010 I work in my own studio developing creative strategies for companies, agencies, magazines, studios, digital media and videogames, through design, illustration and painting. My academic background has given me a personal image interpretation and appropriation in which I try to leave a bit of my soul and my way of being. Now, more than a graphic designer, illustrator or artist, I define myself as a creator of visual dreams.

Work.

"Whether digital or analogue (collage, digital composition, drawing or oil painting) my artworks seek to be sensitive visual stimulus, where intimate intentions intertwine in potentially poetic compositions. Reflections of colour, texture, line, stroke and stain in arguments that connect with people. Images that comes as invitations to observe with an open heart. "

I love work with:

Traditional & digital illustration /Art direction / Branding / User Interface design / Typographic Design / Painting, drawing & muralism
